You'll find a quintessential 1980s-era "atrium-style hotel" at this veteran, complete with glass elevators in a "huge" central court and a rotating rooftop restaurant with a "spectacular" view; luckily, you can enter the 21st century easily since it's "right in the thick of things" – within "walking distance to restaurants, shopping, concerts and sporting events" and "connected by skywalk" to the convention center; the lack of a pool and fees for parking and Internet rub several the wrong way, but others are generally "surprised" to find "extremely comfortable" beds in "appealing" rooms and a staff that "treats you great."

Easy to get to from the interstate, excellent location for the event we attended at the Bradley Center.

Very courteous staff, nice rooms, nice bar and restaurant looked nice but we did not have an opportunity to use it.

The location was great for us, the room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was kind of small and the toiletries were under par.

Our 16th floor corner room was well worth the Priceline rate. The hotel is a little older and not very fancy but the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The attached parking garage for $20.00 was reasonable as well. ...read more
